SHIPPING POLICY

At BodiWorks Accessories, we ship hair accessories to customers across Australia and internationally.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Australia:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (where available)

International Shipping:
We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by country and typically range from 7-21 business days.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at sales@bodiworks.au within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
